Stuff the Bus!!! stuff the bus

Stuff the Bus is coming up!!! It is Monday, July 29 from 11 am – 7 pm. ALL Northern Kentucky Chick-fil-A locations are accepting donations for ALL school districts. Simply designate Boone County Schools when you drop off your donation at whichever Northern Kentucky Chick-fil-A is closest to you in Fort Wright, Florence (Houston Road or Mall Road) and Newport. Bring any three school supplies to receive your free Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich voucher. Most requested school supply items include:

• Packs of pencils/pens
• 2 pocket plastic folders
• Packs of glue sticks
• Packs of markers
• Packs of lined paper

Volleyball Volleyball Tryouts

This message is for all incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls: Volleyball tryouts will be held next Wednesday July 24th and next Thursday July 25th from 2-4pm – students will need to attend both days of tryouts. Each student will need a completed parent consent form and an evidence of insurance form before they can tryout. Both forms can be found on the school website under Extra-curricular. Extra copies will be available on the day of tryouts as well.

This assignment will be completed by all students enrolled in English 1 and English 1 Honors. Starting high school is often intimidating. The purpose of this assignment is to aid in smoothly transitioning students by providing them with a high-interest, common text to refer to and analyze.

SUMMER ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW: Choose one of the books listed. Complete the attached guiding questions and dialectical journal worksheet. Finally, be prepared to write an ESSAY over the book the first week of school.
