The TES Family Resource Center meets 5 times per school year. The meetings are open to the public, but only Advisory Council Members have voting privileges.

Born Learning Academy
The TES FRC (Family Resource Center) is working with four other FRC’s in Boone County to offer the United Ways, “Born Learning Academy” to parents of children ages 0-5.
“Born Learning Academy” is a series of six free workshops that provide families with young children additional resources to turn everyday activities into early learning moments. The workshops will be offered at Ockerman Elementary (8250 US 42, Florence, KY) from 5:00-7:00pm on the below listed dates and include dinner, childcare and raffles.

GO Bags (Weekend Food Bag Resource)
TES is once again partnering with Sand Run Baptist Church to provide “GO Bags” for those students and families that would like a weekend food bag.

Parent Speaker Series: Parenting During a Pandemic
The TES FRC (Family Resource Center) is hosting a FREE 4-part Parent Speaker series entitled: Parenting During a Pandemic. The series will be presented and brought to you in partnership with our friends at The Family Nurturing Center.
The last year and a half have been challenging for all of us, and in a variety of ways. This parent speaker series will give you some extra skills and tools to better navigate the struggles and challenges the pandemic has presented.
This four-part series will be held at Thornwilde Elementary at 6:30-7:30pm on the below listed dates:

- November 30
- January 25
- March 29
